Question 1

Do I need a subscription to use Lovias?

Accepted Answer

No. Lovias runs on one-time purchases and credit packs, so nothing renews on its own and there is no monthly charge sitting in the background. You buy credits when a project needs them, and the account stays quiet when you are not creating.

Question 2

How do credits work across the different tools?

Accepted Answer

One credit balance covers text to video, image to video, the AI image generator, and the video extender. A still frame costs less than a clip, and longer or higher-resolution renders cost more, so the price of a job follows what you actually asked the model to produce. The cost is shown before you confirm a generation.

Question 3

Do my credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Credits bought in a pack stay in your balance and are not wiped at the end of a month. That is the practical difference from a subscription, where unused monthly allowance simply disappears. Any promotional or bonus credits may carry their own validity window, which is stated when you claim them.

Question 4

Can I test the tools before I pay anything?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Lovias is free to start, so you can write a prompt, animate a still, or extend a short clip and judge the output before spending. Paid credits are for the longer renders, higher resolutions, and repeat work that follow once a look holds.

Question 5

What happens if a render comes out unusable?

Accepted Answer

Generation is probabilistic, so a tail can drift or a hand can collapse on a difficult prompt. Most cases are solved by shortening the request and running again, which is why we show cost per job instead of selling a fixed number of guaranteed masterpieces. If a job fails technically and returns nothing, contact support with the job ID and we will review the credit.

Question 6

Can I top up mid-project, or buy a larger pack later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Credit packs stack on the same balance, so a launch week that needs forty clips does not force you into a plan you will not use next month. Larger packs carry a better rate per credit, and you can buy one at any point without resetting what you already hold.

Question 7

Are unused credits refundable?

Accepted Answer

Unused credits may be eligible for a refund under the terms shown at checkout; credits already spent on completed renders are not, since the compute has been used. Because nothing auto-renews, the more common question, cancelling a plan you forgot about, does not apply here.

Question 8

Do I need a higher tier for commercial use?

Accepted Answer

No. Commercial rights come with the output you generate and pay for, not with a premium tier, so a one-time purchase is enough to run a clip as an ad or place a still on a product page. You are responsible for the material you upload or prompt, which means no real celebrity likeness and no copyrighted characters.
